Football history

It's getting late in the evening, I'm tired and I want to go to bed, but I can't. I have to deliver a 35 minute seminar session to a small group tomorrow and I'm nowhere near close to finishing it. Everyone in the module has to deliver a session at some point during the semester, it just happens I'm up first.

I've chosen the history of football as my topic as any historical aspect of sport was the brief. I'm working on the Powerpoint stuff right now, but I'm hoping to find some pictures and if I'm lucky, a video clip or two online that will take up some of the 35 minutes and save me standing at the front waffling on. I've got a quiz for the group to do so I can include as much audience participation as possible, again cutting down on my talk time.

The coffee is flowing again to help me stay awake. Quite ironic that, when I was having trouble getting to sleep I didn't have any work to do, but now I'm tired and could probably fall asleep at my desk, I'm trying to keep myself awake.
